hey y'all, my rent got raised $250 and my bank account is at -$97 right now because of overdraft fees from an auto-debited bill. almost my entire paycheck goes to rent and I’m really struggling, I have bills due and urgently need to refill my meds which are 200 monthly but I have been doing my best to stretch them.

I have no money for meds, bills, or groceries right now and I’m in need of about $500 to pay off my bank account, get my prescriptions, pay my car insurance, and still have a little left for food.

So I officially have like $5 to my name now, after burning through all my savings to get textbooks, pay bills/rent, do laundry, replenish household supplies/toiletries, and feed myself. I am thankfully working more hours again, but I won’t be paid until Friday. My clinic was supposed to have been helping me pay for groceries but have recently neglected to follow through because they lost the receipts I gave them, so I don’t know when they’re going to send me my next grocery card. Right now I maybe have enough food to last me through the week. Rent is due next week, and I have several bills coming up at the same time and I still haven’t gotten all of my textbooks yet.

tl;dr I’m completely broke and need to raise about $300 over the next 2-3 weeks to help cover living expenses.
